In 3D Body Adventure players explore the human body and learn about human anatomy. They travel through many body parts including the brain, spinal cord, and veins. They also save patients by navigating through their bodies and destroying germs. The game includes an interactive encyclopedia.

In this game developed by the American Diabetes Association, players place organs in their correct positions inside Frank. When players pick up an organ, they are given information about that organ and what it does inside the human body. Once all the organs are correctly placed inside Frank, the player is given more information related to diabetes. Fix Frank is a free, online game.

Grossology is an educational science game that focuses on the grosser, and presumably more fun, aspects of biology. Players of this PC game encounter several tutors that guide them through the science of gross things within the human body. 

"In this game, you are a trainee soldier of the Immune System Defense Forces, defending a human against bacterial infection. You have two missions to complete. In the first, you must command a team of white blood cells called granulocytes to fight against bacteria invading the blood system through a finger wound. In the second mission, you must command an army of macrophages and dendritic cells to fight the invading bacteria."

Journey into the Brain, an educational PC game for children, focuses on the structures within the human brain. Players embark on an adventure to figure out why their friend is acting strange. Along the way, players run into characters that represent different brain functions and structures.

Pick a Card is a quiz game by the National Institute on Drug Abuse that tests players’ knowledge about drugs and their memorization skills. The game gives players a few seconds to see drug names on the back of cards before flipping the cards over. Players are then presented with a question that describes a particular drug and must choose the card with the drug that corresponds with the description. This free, downloadable game is designed for tweens and teens.
