The game is made up of a variety of activities which include cardio workouts, strength training exercises, and muscle endurance tests. With the help of a virtual trainer, players can create their own custom regiments as well as set their own goals.

Handigo contains a set of three mini-games designed to educate players about what it’s like to live with some type of impairment. Each mini-game addresses a different kind of handicap, and it is the goal of the player to overcome obstacles so they can make it to their destination before time runs out.

My Fitness Coach is an exergame for the Nintendo Wii that engages players in workouts designed to help them lose weight and get in shape. It offers hundreds of exercises including yoga, kickboxing, and strength training. Players can use tutorials during their workouts to help ensure they are exercising correctly.

In this game for the Nintendo Wii, players can create and keep track of their own fitness plans to ensure that workouts are suited to their needs. The game includes a virtual personal trainer who offers tips and advice while encouraging players to reach their fitness goals.
