A quiz game that tests the player's knowledge and understanding about the colors of the air quality index and what each one represents in terms of the different measures of pollution in the air. Master Motion
Master Motion is a project of the Carnegie Mellon University Entertainment Technology Center. A prototype Tai Chi game uses a wireless virtual reality system to track and record full body movements while producing an animated representation of the player. This 1993 text-based quiz game tests players’ knowledge of alcohol-related trivia. If a player misses a question, their character must take a drink and then becomes more inebriated. The more inebriated the character, the more difficult it becomes to read the text, which is increasingly interspersed with random garbled items as more drinks are consumed. Eventually it becomes impossible to get any answers right, and so the character finally passes out.
